Are you moving in the right direction? Do you know where you are going? How you're going to get there~ Well if you haven't prepared a business plan maybe it's high time you did. We all have different reasons for not putting one together but nothing compares to driving blind without your lights on at night. A business plan is good even if it's just for you and nobody else ever see's it. At least if you put something on paper, so 6 months to a year from now you will remember where your head was at when you started. It nice to see progression and if you didn't advance forward you can see that too!
This weekend I am spending time getting my act together and updating my plan....all with the help from the SBA website! If you need some great business information they are here for you.
